Ningbo Huanshan Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Ningbo Jiangbei Huanshan Railway Maintenance Equipment Factory) is a specialized manufacturer of railway maintenance machinery, located approximately 3 kilometers west of the ancient town Cicheng in Jiangbei District, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. The site is less than 5 kilometers from the world-renowned Hemudu Ruins, offering convenient transportation.
With over 40 years of experience in producing small-scale railway maintenance tools, our company has been recognized as a National Sci-Tech Innovative SME, High-Tech Enterprise, and Work Safety Standardized Enterprise. In 2017, we became the first domestic company to obtain ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification from the China Railway Certification Center (CRCC). In 2022, we successfully achieved ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certification and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification.
Our independently developed products, including: YQ-245 Hydraulic Rail Lifting Jack, YQB-245×196 Hydraulic Rail Lifter & Adjuster, NQG-5.8II Internal Combustion Rail Saw, NZG-31 Internal Combustion Rail Drilling Machine have obtained CRCC Product Certification. Additionally, the following products have received CRCC Trial Certification: ND-4Ⅱ Portable Internal Combustion Vibration Tamping Pick, NGM-5 Internal Combustion Rail Grinder, YQB-294×173 Hydraulic Rail Lifter & Adjuster, YB-245 Hydraulic Rail Adjuster, YFZ-147 Hydraulic Sleeper Adjuster.
Furthermore, six of our products—including rail jacks, high-stroke hydraulic rail jacks, hydraulic rail lifters, rail saws, and emergency axes—have been granted Utility Model Patents and Design Patents by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA).
Since 1986, the railway products produced by our company have successively obtained technical appraisal certificates from various railway bureaus. In 2002, they were included in the "China Railway Construction Equipment Manual" by the China Railway Enterprise Management Association. We have also participated in the review of the "General Technical Conditions for Hydraulic Track-Lifting Devices" and the "General Technical Conditions for Hydraulic Track-Lifting Devices" issued by the former Ministry of Railways Academy of Sciences for many times. In 2017, I participated in the review of the railway industry standard "Hydraulic Track Lifters and Hydraulic square Sleepers for Small Railway Track Maintenance Machinery" held by the China Academy of Railway Sciences. At the same time, I also took part in the revision review of the "CRCC Product Certification Implementation Rules". In 2013, the rail protection track selector was awarded the fourth prize of the "Shanghai Railway Bureau Science and Technology Progress Award" by the Shanghai Railway Bureau. In 2017, both the NQG-5.8II internal combustion rail cutting machine and the NZG-31 internal combustion rail drilling machine were awarded the third prize of the "Shanghai Railway Bureau Science and Technology Progress Award" by the Shanghai Railway Bureau.
